Favorite Movie

Nightmare Before Christmas! I am a huge Tim Burton nerd and it combines my favorite holidays and a great love story... It also has a great message. Dream big, be yourself and let love keep you grounded.

Best Hairstylist Moment

It changes every day... The best moment is every moment that a client looks at their finished product in the mirror and feels beautiful! Making people feel better about themselves is my driving force.

Favorite Hair Color To Achieve

I love to do bright, fun colors most of all. Bring on your blues, purples, greens and everything else!

When Did You Decide Hair Was Your Passion

My passion for cosmetology started with watching my mom do her hair and also my grandmother's hair. It was amazing to me what she could do with hairspray and a teasing comb! I started doing my own nails and then hair, then my friends as well. I loved the artistic outlet of it. When I went to college I went for teaching and knew in my heart I wasn't in the right place. I told my mom and thought she would be upset that I didn't want a four year degree but she said, "Sara, that is perfect!" I went to cosmetology school and absolutely fell in love and found my place.

Trend You Love The Most

Hair painting. Hands down. Ombre, melts, sombre, bayalage anything! It's so fun to think outside the foil!

Celebrity Hair Envy

Really all my favorite celebrity hairstylist come to mind, Guy Tang, Larisa Love, Beth Minardi, and so many more. Their work is amazing and pushes me to learn new things and get better and better.

Best Advice For Client

I will listen to you and I need you to listen to me as well! I am always honest with clients and want them to have their vision and healthy hair, sometimes instant gratification isn't possible. Trust me. Also for the love of goodness use salon shampoo and conditioner! Great hair at home starts in the shower!
